Wordless Wednesday: Nasi Udang

    -- 10 tiger prawns
    -- 2 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce
    -- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce (salty)

    Massage the prawns well using both soy sauces in a bowl. Leave them for about ten minutes at room temperature. Then, fry them using 4 tablespoons of cooking oil in a frying pan at medium heat. The prawns are ready in a few minutes!
